Pracovali by sme pre najlep\u0161\u00edch klientov s&nbsp;najlep\u0161\u00edmi zna\u010dkami a&nbsp;najv\u00e4\u010d\u0161\u00edmi budgetmi na reklamu. \u010ci nie?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<!--more-->\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-small-font-size\">Nepracujeme pre tak\u00fdch klientov. Spo\u010d\u00edtal som, \u017ee za posledn\u00fdch 5 rokov sme robili komunika\u010dn\u00fa strat\u00e9giu pre asi 40 zna\u010diek (nepoviem ktor\u00fdch), to je 8 zna\u010diek na rok, cca 6 t\u00fd\u017ed\u0148ov na jednu. Vystihuje to r\u00e1mec, ktor\u00fd zodpoved\u00e1 n\u00e1\u0161mu syst\u00e9mu pr\u00e1ce plus family holiday. Ke\u010f som prem\u00fd\u0161\u013eal o&nbsp;tom, \u010di vieme a&nbsp;m\u00f4\u017eeme pracova\u0165 inak: viac zna\u010diek, viac klientov ako kedysi v&nbsp;agent\u00farach, tak \u00e1no. Vieme a&nbsp;asi aj m\u00f4\u017eeme. No museli by sme chcie\u0165.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-small-font-size\">Niekedy sa zd\u00e1, \u017ee polovica Bratislavy rob\u00ed marketing. Ako\nje mo\u017en\u00e9, \u017ee sme dok\u00e1zali bez probl\u00e9mov fungova\u0165 u\u017e celkom dlho? Jedin\u00e1 odpove\u010f\nje, \u017ee rob\u00edme na\u0161u pr\u00e1cu preto, lebo n\u00e1s bav\u00ed \u2013 nie \u017e\u00edv\u00ed, bav\u00ed. A&nbsp;preto t\u00e1\npr\u00e1ca asi \u013eu\u010fom d\u00e1va zmysel. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-small-font-size\">St\u00e1\u0165 na vlastn\u00fdch noh\u00e1ch m\u00e1 ve\u013ek\u00e9 v\u00fdhody. M\u00e1me slobodu aj\nzodpovednos\u0165 za to, \u010do rob\u00edme. V\u010faka tomu nemus\u00edme nikoho presvied\u010da\u0165 ak\u00fd m\u00e1me\nskvel\u00fd, profesion\u00e1lny t\u00edm a&nbsp;potom hasi\u0165 pr\u00fasery kv\u00f4li nepochopen\u00e9mu\nzadaniu. Rob\u00edme strat\u00e9giu preto, lebo skoro v\u017edy prepisujeme zadania, takmer v\u017edy\nprer\u00e1bame r\u00e1mec probl\u00e9mu.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-small-font-size\">M\u00e1 to aj podstatn\u00fa nev\u00fdhodu. Rob\u00edme pre slobodn\u00fdch klientov, ktor\u00ed maj\u00fa zodpovednos\u0165 vo vlastn\u00fdch ruk\u00e1ch, ale tak\u00fdch nie je ve\u013ea. Lebo korpor\u00e1t, lebo distrib\u00facia zodpovednosti. Riadite\u013e povie \u0161\u00e9fovi, \u0161\u00e9f povie podriaden\u00e9mu, podriaden\u00fd vykon\u00e1 a sloboda a zodpovednos\u0165 sa rozplynuli medzi poschodiami.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-small-font-size\">Tvoriv\u00e1 sloboda, ktor\u00e1 d\u00e1va rados\u0165 z&nbsp;mo\u017en\u00e9ho, je na nezaplatenie. N\u00e1\u0161 challenge nie je te\u0161i\u0165 sa z&nbsp;predaja toho ist\u00e9ho po tis\u00edcikr\u00e1t. Chceme meni\u0165 veci okolo n\u00e1s \u2013 a&nbsp;na to treba vyst\u00fapi\u0165 z&nbsp;komfortnej z\u00f3ny rutiny. Lebo marketingov\u00e1 strat\u00e9gia je tvoriv\u00e1 pr\u00e1ca. Tak\u017ee: s\u00edce nie sme brut\u00e1lne sl\u00e1vni a&nbsp;bohat\u00ed, ale v&nbsp;tom, \u010do rob\u00edme, sme \u00faspe\u0161n\u00ed a&nbsp;sme na to aj hrd\u00ed.
