A voli\u010di to cel\u00e9 prestali zachyt\u00e1va\u0165.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<!--more-->\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>O&nbsp;market\u00e9roch<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-small-font-size\">Prem\u00fd\u0161\u013eanie o&nbsp;politike ako priestore pre ekonomick\u00e9 a&nbsp;po\u0165a\u017emo soci\u00e1lne reformy, tak typick\u00e9 pre niekdaj\u0161iu pravicu, je jednoducho fu\u010d, to je fakt. Politick\u00ed market\u00e9ri to u\u0161tipa\u010dne a bezmocne sformulovali na tri\u010dk\u00e1 \u201e\u013eu\u010fom *ebe\u201c ale n\u00e1sledne aj tak, v&nbsp;z\u00fafalom spom\u00ednan\u00ed na racion\u00e1lnej\u0161ie debaty, vytv\u00e1rali \u010fal\u0161ie a&nbsp;\u010fal\u0161ie slogany o \u201erozume\u201c a jeho \u201ezdrav\u00fdch\u201c mut\u00e1ci\u00e1ch.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-small-font-size\">Komunika\u010dn\u00ed experti dodnes \u017eij\u00fa v&nbsp;predstave, \u017ee vecn\u00e9 argumenty sa v&nbsp;politickej debate skladaj\u00fa do&nbsp;nejakej logickej n\u00e1slednosti. Rovnako tak dodnes odmietaj\u00fa pochopi\u0165 o\u010dak\u00e1vania \u013eud\u00ed od ponovembrovej transform\u00e1cie \u2013 \u017ee im slobodn\u00fd trh mal prinies\u0165 lep\u0161\u00ed \u017eivotn\u00fd \u0161tandard. Programy politick\u00fdch str\u00e1n preto e\u0161te ned\u00e1vno naberali podobu \u201erie\u0161en\u00ed pre stredn\u00fa vrstvu\u201c, i ke\u010f sami market\u00e9ri nedok\u00e1zali formulova\u0165, kde t\u00e1to b\u00e1jna trieda s\u00eddli a ako v&nbsp;skuto\u010dnosti \u017eije.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-small-font-size\">\u201eStredn\u00e1 vrstva\u201c iba \u0165a\u017eko zodpoved\u00e1 ka\u017edodennej realite \u013eud\u00ed, ak si teda pripust\u00edme, \u017ee v\u00e4\u010d\u0161ina Slovenska naozaj nepracuje na poz\u00edcii marketingov\u00e9ho mana\u017e\u00e9ra v Bratislave s \u20ac1.500 platom. No ke\u010f\u017ee je politick\u00fd marketing viac vy\u0165a\u017een\u00fd u\u0161tipa\u010dn\u00fdm pripom\u00ednan\u00edm neexistuj\u00facej dia\u013enice Bratislava \u2013 Ko\u0161ice, nem\u00f4\u017ee bytostne pre\u017e\u00edva\u0165 soci\u00e1lne a&nbsp;ekonomick\u00e9 vyl\u00fa\u010denie na sever a&nbsp;v\u00fdchod od Senca. Na\u010falej len spieva pravicov\u00fa pesni\u010dku o&nbsp;nepravicov\u00fdch t\u00e9mach: o ekonomickej povahe transform\u00e1cie zdravotn\u00edctva, \u0161kolstva a&nbsp;soci\u00e1lneho zabezpe\u010denia. (Ak v\u00f4bec! Lebo \u010dastej\u0161ie a&nbsp;rad\u0161ej, zd\u00e1 sa, spieva aj tak&nbsp;s\u00e1m o sebe.)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Politika ako performance<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-small-font-size\">Predstava, \u017ee politika je argumenta\u010dnou v\u00fdmenou, je nespr\u00e1vna a zodpoved\u00e1 sn\u00e1\u010f len spomienkov\u00e9mu optimizmu na prv\u00fa \u010ceskoslovensk\u00fa republiku. (Ten s\u00edce vo chv\u00ed\u013each&nbsp;denn\u00e9ho snenia za\u017e\u00edvam rovnako, ale politike Slovenska 2020 je na m\u00edle vzdialen\u00fd.)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-small-font-size\">Z\u00e1pas o&nbsp;moc nie je z\u00e1pasom matematick\u00fdch rovn\u00edc, nie je schopnos\u0165ou predikova\u0165 spr\u00e1vanie z&nbsp;empirick\u00fdch d\u00e1t a&nbsp;u\u017e v\u00f4bec sa nedel\u00ed medzi sociodemograficky definovan\u00e9 cie\u013eovky. Politika je mocensk\u00fd z\u00e1pas m\u00fdtov zosobnen\u00fdch v&nbsp;dualite jej nosite\u013eov ako 1) fyzick\u00fdch a&nbsp;2) verejn\u00fdch os\u00f4b &#8211; nosite\u013eov v\u00fdznamov\u00fdch projektov \u010di pr\u00edbehov. Politici v&nbsp;nich pritom vystupuj\u00fa ako ich zdanliv\u00ed re\u017eis\u00e9ri \u010di scen\u00e1risti (\u201erectors\u201c), voli\u010di ako ich herci (\u201eactors\u201c, nositelia pr\u00edbehov, ktor\u00ed ich hraj\u00fa, preto \u201eagency\u201c) a&nbsp;nevoli\u010di ako div\u00e1ci tohto performance (v te\u00f3rii aj ako \u201eothers\u201c).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-small-font-size\">Politika je performance, ale nie vo v\u00fdzname v\u00fdkonnostn\u00e9ho marketingu s&nbsp;po\u010d\u00edtan\u00edm preklikov na e-shop. Politick\u00e1 komunik\u00e1cia (a reklama) je divadeln\u00e1, sc\u00e9nick\u00e1 metafora ka\u017edodennosti, ktor\u00e1 anal\u00f3giami a&nbsp;asoci\u00e1ciami vytv\u00e1ra pocit autentick\u00e9ho pochopenia sveta \u013eud\u00ed. D\u00f4sledok je zrejm\u00fd, akoko\u013evek u&nbsp;n\u00e1s v&nbsp;kaviarni \u0165a\u017eko prijate\u013en\u00fd, a vyjadrili ho cynici na opa\u010dnej strane barik\u00e1dy u\u017e d\u00e1vno: politik je produkt a&nbsp;politika je jeho reg\u00e1lom. Tento produkt ikonick\u00fdmi \u010di totemick\u00fdmi slovami a obrazmi reprezentuje hlb\u0161\u00ed v\u00fdznam: m\u00fdtus.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>O \u010d\u00edslach<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-small-font-size\">Ke\u010f na jese\u0148 2019 existovala \u0161anca vytvori\u0165 \u0161ir\u0161iu koal\u00edciu opozi\u010dn\u00fdch str\u00e1n, ktor\u00e1 by d\u00e1vala predpoklady mas\u00edvne prevzia\u0165 moc, dal si Kiska spravi\u0165 prieskum o&nbsp;jej volebnom potenci\u00e1li. Na tla\u010dovke, ktor\u00e1 nasledovala, prezentoval dva scen\u00e1re, ktor\u00e9 mu d\u00e1ta uk\u00e1zali: bu\u010f sa spoj\u00edme v\u0161etci, alebo nikto. Technokratick\u00e9 uva\u017eovanie odvoden\u00e9 z&nbsp;v\u00fdskumu politickej zna\u010dky dostalo \u010d\u00edseln\u00fa, t.j. \u201eempirick\u00fa\u201c a&nbsp;preto \u201enespochybnite\u013en\u00fa\u201c podobu. V\u010faka nekone\u010dnej viere v \u010d\u00edseln\u00fa efektivitu Kiska de facto vyhl\u00e1sil, \u017ee nez\u00e1le\u017e\u00ed na pr\u00edbehu, ktor\u00fd strany vedia spolo\u010dne vytvori\u0165, ale na \u010d\u00edslach a grafoch, ktor\u00e9 m\u00e1me v&nbsp;ruk\u00e1ch, tu a teraz.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-small-font-size\">A&nbsp;tak sa voli\u010d, sleduj\u00fac t\u00fato tla\u010dovku, mal identifikova\u0165 s \u010d\u00edslom usporiadan\u00fdm pred a&nbsp;za in\u00fdmi \u010d\u00edslami v&nbsp;d\u00e1tovom s\u00fabore reprezentat\u00edvneho v\u00fdskumu. Z&nbsp;predvolebnej politiky za\u010dal mizn\u00fa\u0165 pr\u00edbeh a&nbsp;m\u00fdtus, ktor\u00fd sa u\u017e tak \u010drtal iba nejasne, a&nbsp;prelievanie percent medzi st\u013apcami za\u010dalo by\u0165&nbsp; jedinou zmysluplnou v\u00edziou. \u0160tatistick\u00fd feti\u0161izmus a&nbsp;na\u017ehaven\u00e9 kalkula\u010dky samoregulovali odvahu celej opoz\u00edcie (okrem Matovi\u010da, ktor\u00fd si dnes v\u010faka tomu spieva vlastn\u00fa pesni\u010dku).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-small-font-size\">Popisova\u0165 v\u0161eobecne zdie\u013ean\u00fa vieru v&nbsp;magick\u00fa schopnos\u0165 empirick\u00fdch d\u00e1t sn\u00e1\u010f nemus\u00edm. No najlep\u0161\u00edm d\u00f4kazom ich neschopnosti vysvet\u013eova\u0165 politiku v&nbsp;jej celistvosti je ak\u00fdko\u013evek reprezentat\u00edvny v\u00fdskum, ktor\u00fd z\u00e1konite kon\u010d\u00ed vyjadren\u00edm \u201emerali sme volebn\u00e9 preferencie, nie v\u00fdsledky volieb.\u201c Presne tak to je. Ako doch\u00e1dza k&nbsp;posunom preferenci\u00ed je netrivi\u00e1lna ot\u00e1zka \u2013 a m\u00e1 povahu nahlas vysloven\u00fdch hypot\u00e9z. Rozdiel v&nbsp;kvalite t\u00fdchto hypot\u00e9z je v&nbsp;tom, \u010di ich vyslovuje \u010dlovek, ktor\u00fd ka\u017edodenne pracuje s&nbsp;d\u00e1tami a&nbsp;uvedomuje si ich limity, alebo politik, ktor\u00fd ich pou\u017e\u00edva ako politick\u00fd argument.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-small-font-size\">Pr\u00edklad? M\u00f4\u017eeme s\u00edce h\u013eada\u0165 kauzalitu medzi volebn\u00fdm spr\u00e1van\u00edm a&nbsp;pr\u00edjmom, ve\u013ekos\u0165ou miesta bydliska, pohlav\u00edm a&nbsp;vzdelan\u00edm, nepodar\u00ed sa n\u00e1m v\u0161ak vysvetli\u0165 rozdelenie hlasov pre extr\u00e9mistov. Volia ich viac aj menej vzdelan\u00ed \u013eudia, t\u00ed s&nbsp;vy\u0161\u0161\u00edm aj ni\u017e\u0161\u00edm pr\u00edjmom z ve\u013ekomiest aj zabudnut\u00fdch dol\u00edn. Odch\u00fdlky prosto nie s\u00fa tak ve\u013ek\u00e9, aby vytvorili jasne definovate\u013en\u00e9 klastre.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>O pr\u00edbehoch<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-small-font-size\">Probl\u00e9m je v&nbsp;te\u00f3rii a&nbsp;v&nbsp;met\u00f3de, ktor\u00e1 je z&nbsp;nej odvoden\u00e1 (tak ako je to vo vede v\u0161eobecne). Ak sa na spolo\u010dnos\u0165 pozer\u00e1me ako na s\u00fa\u010det jednotlivcov s&nbsp;ist\u00fdmi znakmi, potom z\u00e1konite sk\u00famame distrib\u00faciu t\u00fdchto znakov v&nbsp;spolo\u010dnosti (a sn\u00e1\u010f aj ich vz\u00e1jomn\u00e9 s\u00favislosti). Politick\u00e9 preferencie obyvate\u013eov Slovenska s\u00fa doslova vyjadren\u00edm preferenci\u00ed ich 1.000 reprezentantov v&nbsp;jednom \u010dasovom momente.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-small-font-size\">M\u00e1 to svoje r\u00e1cio, ale rovnako aj limity. Keby sme sa na preferencie nepozerali ako na s\u00fa\u010dty jednotliv\u00fdch odpoved\u00ed, ale ako mieru preferencie pr\u00edbehov, dok\u00e1zali by sme vidie\u0165 n\u00e1znaky inej \u0161trukt\u00fary \u010di roviny: tej v\u00fdznamovej. Preto\u017ee volebn\u00e9 preferencie politikov a&nbsp;ich str\u00e1n s\u00fa len jedn\u00fdm skl\u00ed\u010dkom z&nbsp;v\u00e4\u010d\u0161ej mozaiky m\u00fdtov, ktor\u00e9 si pestujeme v&nbsp;na\u0161ej politickej z\u00e1hradke. Ak\u00e1 je hodnota solidarity, ak\u00e1 je hodnota Boha \u010di individu\u00e1lneho \u00faspechu v ich vz\u00e1jomnej s\u00favislosti? Ako tieto predstavy s\u00favisia s&nbsp;novodobou hist\u00f3riou Slovenska a (1) ako ve\u013emi a (2) ako verne ju reprezentuj\u00fa politici?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-small-font-size\">P\u00e1tra\u0165 a&nbsp;popisova\u0165 m\u00fdtus je \u0165a\u017ek\u00e9 \u2013 \u0165a\u017e\u0161ie ne\u017e zrealizova\u0165 dotazn\u00edk \u010di focusov\u00fa skupinu. Napriek tomu, m\u00fdtus a&nbsp;z&nbsp;neho odvoden\u00fd pr\u00edbeh je to, \u010do rob\u00ed politiku politikou. Politika je performance pr\u00edbehov a&nbsp;najhlb\u0161iu sc\u00e9nu tejto performance tvoria m\u00fdty \u2013 o&nbsp;n\u00e1rode, o&nbsp;Bohu, o&nbsp;pr\u00e1vach, o&nbsp;solidarite,&nbsp;o individu\u00e1lnej zodpovednosti za vlastn\u00fd \u017eivot.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>O pr\u00edbehoch bez \u010d\u00edsiel<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-small-font-size\">Ak aspo\u0148 r\u00e1mcovo plat\u00ed to, \u010dom som nap\u00edsal, je \u2013 v&nbsp;s\u00falade s Michali\u010dovou sk\u00fasenos\u0165ou \u2013 v\u00f4bec zmyslupln\u00e9 uva\u017eova\u0165 o&nbsp;schopnostiach voli\u010dov vidie\u0165 pravdu v argumentoch? M\u00e1 v\u00f4bec zmysel pova\u017eova\u0165 za z\u00e1kladn\u00fd stavebn\u00fd kame\u0148 politick\u00e9ho marketingu \u201efakt\u201c alebo \u201eargument\u201c? A&nbsp;m\u00e1 pre politick\u00fd marketing zmysel h\u013eada\u0165 cestu v&nbsp;\u010d\u00edslach \u2013 vo v\u00fdskume verejnej mienky?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-small-font-size\">Mysl\u00edm si, \u017ee m\u00e1, ale iba ve\u013emi okrajovo. Nie preto, \u017ee by fakticita politick\u00fdch argumentov alebo empirick\u00fdch d\u00e1t nemala apriori zmysel. Sk\u00f4r preto, \u017ee tieto inform\u00e1cie z&nbsp;vlastnej podstaty nepomen\u00favaj\u00fa m\u00fdtus, a&nbsp;u\u017e v\u00f4bec na \u0148om nedok\u00e1\u017eu vystava\u0165 politick\u00fd pr\u00edbeh \u2013 teda ideol\u00f3giu, ktor\u00e1 uvedie ka\u017edodenn\u00fd \u017eivot \u013eud\u00ed do ve\u013ek\u00e9ho kontextu. Toto je v\u0161ak pr\u00e1ve \u00faloha politick\u00e9ho marketingu.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-small-font-size\">Preto, ak by som mal vybra\u0165 \u010di pomenova\u0165 jedin\u00fa pr\u00ed\u010dinu, na ktorej sa op\u00e4\u0165 bude l\u00e1ma\u0165 politick\u00fd performance Ireny Bihariovej a&nbsp;Progres\u00edvcov, a Juraja Hip\u0161a a&nbsp;Spolu, potom to bude ich (ne-)schopnos\u0165 interpretova\u0165 dianie na Slovensku v&nbsp;opoz\u00edcii k&nbsp;pr\u00edbehom, ktor\u00e9 tak \u00faspe\u0161ne reprezentuj\u00fa in\u00ed (m\u00fdty o n\u00e1rode, Bohu, solidarite, vr\u00e1tane ich v\u0161etk\u00fdch vonkaj\u0161\u00edch a&nbsp;vn\u00fatorn\u00fdch nepriate\u013eov).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-small-font-size\">Tak\u00e1to interpret\u00e1cia by mala, na rozdiel od st\u013apcov volebn\u00fdch preferenci\u00ed a&nbsp;ich intervalov pravdepodobnosti, vych\u00e1dza\u0165 z&nbsp;pochopenia, \u017ee:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"is-style-default wp-block-list\" style=\"font-size:13px\"><li>30 rokov \u201eslobodn\u00e9ho trhu\u201c v\u00e4\u010d\u0161ine \u013eud\u00ed na Slovensku neprinieslo lep\u0161\u00ed \u017eivot,<\/li><li>\u00fanava z&nbsp;politiky je \u00fanava zo v\u0161etk\u00fdch, vr\u00e1tane \u201enov\u00fdch tv\u00e1r\u00ed\u201c a \u201emladej sily\u201c,<\/li><li>ak m\u00e1 v\u00f4bec existova\u0165 demokracia zo\u010di-vo\u010di autokracii, potom mus\u00ed by\u0165 vidie\u0165 jej hmatate\u013en\u00e9 d\u00f4sledky v&nbsp;ka\u017edodennej \u201echlebovej\u201c realite,<\/li><li>to cel\u00e9 treba vystava\u0165 ako pr\u00edbeh o&nbsp;\u013eu\u010foch na Slovensku, nie nat\u00e1\u010da\u0165 natvrdl\u00e9 spoty o \u201evys\u0165ahovan\u00ed\u201c korupcie z&nbsp;vysokej politiky.<\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-small-font-size\">A teda je \u010das za\u010da\u0165.
